Conditions of
an Offer
Conditions of
a Booking
- Once a
deposit has been received the booking will be confirmed by us. Once
confirmed, the client can consider the booking secure.
- Full
payment is due a minimum of 6 weeks before arrival.
- Non
payment of any balance outstanding by the due date may be considered as a
cancellation

Cancellation by the client - charges:

Greater than 6 weeks before date of arrival
Original deposit
- 6 to
3 weeks before date of arrival 50%
of total invoice

Later than 3
weeks 100%
of total invoice
- In the
event that we have to cancel a booking, we will do our upmost to find
alternative accommodation in the SkiWelt area. Should we be unable to do
so, we will make a full refund of all monies paid to us.
- Deposits
are not refundable. In the event of a very early cancellation we may, at
our discretion, allow the booking deposit to be used for a holiday on
another date, but only if we find alternative guests to fill the original
booking and we may charge an administrative fee. Deposits retained and put
towards a holiday on another date must be used within 15 months.
- Any
cancellations or changes to a booking should be reported to us asap by email
or in writing. We will do our upmost to accommodate your requirements.
Other
information
- Clients
are strongly advised to arrange holiday insurance in advance and ensure such
insurance covers all activities likely to be encountered.
- We ask
that clients complete a booking form asap after the booking is confirmed.
This helps us to ensure the correct rooming is allocated and that we are
aware of any other requirements eg dietary requirements.
- Children
under 5 will always be expected to share a room with the accompanying
adult(s). Older children may be expected to share a room with the
accompanying adult(s).
Payment
Details
- Methods
of payment, with our account details, will be sent once an offer has been
accepted.
- A deposit
will be considered paid once the money appears in our account or a cheque
arrives at our UK office.
- All
payments for accomodation charges made with credit will incur a 2% charge.
- Payment
for items pre-booked through us (eg ski hire, lift passes) and bar tabs, can be paid in
any of the following ways:
- Cash
(Euro only)
- Debit
card
- We do accept credit cards, but charge 2%
- Please
note that ALL payments for pre-booked items will be charged in Euro at the
rate in effect at that time. We will endeavour to keep our web prices
up-to-date but can not guarantee they will always be so.
