Chalet Heidi uses "Alpin Sport Shop Rainer" for all pre booked equipment rental. The shop, run by "Billy" is located in the centre of Scheffau, just 3 minutes walk from Chalet Heidi. The staff speak good English and provide good modern equipment. Below are the prices for the usual rental requirements. Should you require equipment not on the list, please ask for availability and prices. Equipment is best pre-booked, Chalet Heidi staff will then show you to the ski hire shop and help with your fitting out.

Other hire shops are available to guests

• Hansis, based at the main gondola offer free overnight storage of skis and boots and provide excellent equipment.
• Sport Gatt also offer high quality equipment rental and are based 3 minutes by foot from the gondola station

Guests can pre-arrange their equipment requirements, and pay the cost, in Euro, on arrival.  We only charge our guests the amount that they would pay themselves in resort.  Pre-booking is, therefore, worth doing as all your equipment needs will be sorted before your arrival.
